Design of structural, mechanical and electrical systems to suit budget and solve problems for tight deadlines (mostly 2 weeks for design and permit)<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSolution\t<\/h2>\n\t

To ensure seamless collaboration we use Bind Architects to complete projects and apply for a faster permit turnaround.<\/p>\n

on one indoor golf recreation project it was noted that during construction when the city flagged the use of existing fire alarm and life safety equipment it was noted to cost the client $20,000 to $40,000 in extras,<\/p>\n

a simple letter confirming code compliance from our electrical engineering team solved the problem and saved the client from spending extra money, keeping the project under budget.<\/p>\n

note: the units within the same plaza did not have engineers with code experience and had to spend more money on life safety upgrades not required by code.<\/p>\n
